Alright, and hey is it better to weld the exhaust on or just use the clamps that comes with it?
Depends on if you ever want to take it off - quality clamps should be good enough. I have done both - I had the exhaust welded on a car when I knew I wouldn't be replacing it to sell it. Most times I use clamps so I can pull it off before selling or trading in.

Injen has an exhaust for the Sedan also.
Their claim to have full 3 inch piping has been proven wrong when myx installed it and noticed a reduction in the pipe. If you look at the middle piece - you can see the reduction right prior to the end opposite the resonator.

And to be honest I don't know if we will have any protruding tips for the sedan. It just throws off the body lines when you try and shove something under the OEM rear bumper that was never intended to be there. But I would be interested in what you guys want.
That was my exact thought as well... The sedans rear bumper imo unfortunately doesn’t look attractive with protruding exhaust tips. I would still like to have the split exhaust from the axle back that keeps the resonator just using stock hangar placements. Even it was only somewhat hidden it’d look and sound better than stock. Also dumping towards the ground so you don’t burn the crap out of your bumper. Although if you were to make an exhaust that goes to the passenger side only but is still an axle back exhaust that keeps the resonator, I would think that would help to have a nice tone but the least amount of “rasp” as possible. Also with cost of the exhaust itself and possible help with drone on the highway.

Before I created 27WON I spent some years with a Mazda Performance company and we designed an exhaust for the 3rd gen Mazda 3. The Sedan variant also did not have rear bumper cut-outs and we chose not to force tips out for aesthetics. It simply looked to goofy to us. So I would use the similar logic to create a sedan version for these cars. An example of how the MZ3 version looked is below. So you could imagine it would look something close to this.

Notice how we kept the clean lines but where able to still get something that could catch your eye. This is what I would aim to achieve.

If this was out and I had to choose between this and what's available I would take this hands down. I don't like the looks of full tips hanging below the bumper. I think I am going to go with something custom depending on pricing and if I have already done something by the time you release.
