I was in the similar boat...wanted a 1997 Acura Integra Type R when I was younger but at the time could never have afforded one.
Fast forward 20yrs, I am 40 now...still had a little Honda flame burning in the belly.
Now 6 months later & 1000+ miles under my belt I can say I am very happy with my purchase! At times I do miss the BMW M4 I traded in to get R-00057 but I know that when I'm ready to go back and get another M they'll be available and better than the one I traded in!

I think I found one that im willing to pay for.. its not msrp, but its the cheapest ive found in months that is within driving distance, and will give me good value for my trade.

Contemplating calling in sick to work tomorrow and making the drive.. or waiting until Sunday when Im off. Hmmm...

Dont call in sick, Its just bad. Go to work and remind yourself why you deserve a type R. Then go grab that mother this weekend, if its meant to be it will be there waiting for you, if not there is a better priced one around the corner.

Never met a person who regretted working an extra day let alone a scedualed day come pay day. I personally have worked overtime almost every paycheck for 9 years, I couldnt bring myself to take money for myself vs giving to my family unless I did extra for it. Ill never have to doubt wether I have earned or deserved something.

Soon to be 6 Kids in my House. I have 3 girls and 2 boys. Expecting our 3rd boy in July. My kids love my Type R.

For family we have the battle wagon aka 2017 Odyssey. On our 3rd Odyssey. At one time we owned a 2013 Odyssey and a 2015 Pilot. We never used the Pilot for Family trips. So we decided to downsize the Pilot and I bought a 2017 Civic Sport Touring.

Hated the CVT so I bought a 2017 Si 4dr and loved it.

Than I got a call from my old dealership. They had 2 Type R’s. They would deal on the red one. My preferred color They loaded up on my Trade so I got my R just under 37k OTD. Never looked back and have 2 Recaro Kid seats in the back.
