OK so they gave me a link to a newer apk file and when I started from scratch it seemed to work. We'll see what happens when I try to plug it in again later. Steering wheel controls not working for the audio controls on AA so that kind of sucks.

Does this work with EX models with Honda Sensing? I kinda am sick of this 4.2.2 crap. :)

I have no issues with the radio reception as long as I have the rear defrost off. I had the same issue with the stock radio, so it's a car problem. The internal microphone doesn't seem to be as clear as the stock mic, but it's still perfectly usable. I haven't felt the need to install the external mic included with the kit or wire up the stock mic at this time.

The wifi reception does leave some to be desired, even with the external antenna connected. Works fine with a mobile phone hotspot though. I set tasker to launch the hotspot when my phone connects to the radio via Bluetooth, so far it's working pretty well. I may add a task on the radio to connect to the hotspot as there is a ~1min delay before it sees it, just need to find a good trigger for it.

My unit didn't come with an external microphone. It wasn't a Phoenix model

What plug did you use for the antenna? My radio sounds terrible...
Mine did too.... Was yours a Phoenix model or a different brand? Do you live in a area away from the city like I do?

I'm in the foothills but I had no issues with reception on my factory radio

Question - I'm sure it's been answered but... does this Phoenix touchscreen retain the factory settings options? ( lights, locks, car settings, etc )

I’m really close to just pulling the trigger on the Phoenix radio HU, but how is it holding up for those who has had it for some time now? Still as responsive when you first got it? And did you regret not getting the HU with the bigger memory?

I'm trying to figure out how to get this thing to read music from a flash drive that has each album in its own folder. It seems to only want to play from one folder at a time instead of shuffling from them all. Is the only remedy for that to just have all the music on the root of the flash drive not inside any folders?
