Oh okay. I will look into that. Will just baby it for now. At least try.
Haha. Yeah just try to avoid full throttle on damp or dusty surfaces in 1st gear. It shouldn't hop as bad in 2nd and by 3rd or 4th it's done hopping.

That would be a good option. Something OEM. Other option would be hasport. I think the stock mounts are okay it’s just that we have to ease into the power there’s no need to give it all the power on takeoff it’s all about keeping traction. Maybe give it 75% max throttle on first and 100% throttle once you hit second. There’s no sense in spinning the wheels

Yea full throttle after second would be best. the type r doesn’t want to spin the wheels with the stock setup. I can’t remember it I had VSA off or not I’m pretty sure it was off but lesson learned. Don’t try and spin out unless you get cheap tires

I filled the stock mount on my 09 Si. That helped a bit. Not as good as the HaSport mount but good for the $3 worth of window weld or whatever.

I would like to upgrade the mounts possibly to hasport but I have never see how they feel. Are they noticeably stiffer? Cause panels vibrate as it is. And will it affect comfort ride quality?

sensitivity to vibrations differ so it's really hard to say. I had 62A hasport mounts on my 9th gen SI and I personally didn't think of it to be bad at all. Only when the AC was on and i'm taking off was when it vibrated the most and even then, it wasn't too bad.

If you go to the forums though, tons of people complained about the vibration of the mounts.

Awsome. I think I’ll stick with oem. Just have to learn to drive it more responsibly. I love the ride quality. Unless I’m trying to improve my 0-60 I’ll defenateley upgrade. But good options
