I just realized I never posted my Ktuner V2. I got it mounted and hooked up but have been WAY too busy at work to even play with it, too much OT. On the plus side, more money for more mods!!!

Just stumbled across this thread. Are there still openings at the resort and/or the event or has registration closed/filled up? I've never attended one of these and this sounds like a blast!

There should still be rooms available at the inn there on site. If you want to reserve a room just tell them you are with the Civic Owners Group.

Hey thanks but I misread or misunderstood. I'm interested in attending but it seemed like it said without registering you couldn't take part in anything over the weekend.

hmm, 8 hour drive for me but this sounds fun...do you have a rough estimate or ballpark for the registration fee?

I'll be there, only about an hr drive for me! In for registration details.

Sounds perfect I live in Raleigh, NC so I will definitely be there. Hopefully I can see my first Type R in person lol. Mainly commenting so I can get updates on when registration is definitely want to be there.

No, we are waiting for our contact at Fontana to send us final information on costs. We have all of our required facilities reserved but she said that it would be after the first before she is back in the office to finalize things. Sounds like she is taking a nice long Christmas break, ha. We are very close though, I expect to start registered in the first or second week of January.

The dates are confirmed: Friday March 30 - Sunday April 1

Friday will be the day everyone drives in (some will probably come early) and we will just drive and hangout. We may do a pool and/or ping pong tournament that evening.

Saturday will be our main activities day. We'll do the main cruise, line up for a photo opportunity (planning on bringing in a local professional), have the car show, and then have our "banquet" (not formal) meal that evening, which will be catered on site. During the banquet we will give out awards from the car show, door prizes, ect. We have some AWESOME prizes lined up from our sponsors.

Sunday will be the day of departure for many. We may meet up for breakfast but will not have much planned for the day.

Registration cost is to be determined, and depends on the final quote we receive from Fontana Village. All funds raised up to this point will be used to offset those costs to make registration as cheap as possible. We will have event t-shirts.

Can't wait!

P.S. I am considering also having a dyno day in Chattanooga, TN on Thursday the 29th. This will have a separate cost and since it is so far away from Fontana (2.5-3 hours) it will probably only make sense for those that are coming from that direction.
