I had a sticker on my Daytona when I was younger that said..."mean people suck, nice people swallow". It was on my back glass, and HUGE.

My father-in-law didn't think that was funny.

I think there's a nice balance between mean and nice that's ideal

To the OP, have you considered running no frame?

In my opinion, it looks much cleaner on any white car without the added weight/border of a frame.

Same here, generally. On my Si, however, I flipped the dealer's black frame around and placed it behind the plate. This gave my white plate a minimalist, black border that looks like it belongs there to me. The sharp edges of the plate sit down inside the frame which saves my fingers when hand washing.

I have generic $7.00 silver plate frames that I got from Wal Mart.

I go frameless, but always liked this....

Mine rattled every time I closed the trunk. Took that shit off the next day and don't use a frame.
