Funny that your profile name has the world "bald" in it...
To reduce risk of strut mushrooming....what I don't understand is what's different about the hatchbacks that led Honda to put them in...so what the point of having those plates after all?
I have a SiriMoto strut tower bar...but for sh*ts and giggles..I picked up a couple of the base plates for extra rigidity. Why not just buy a strut tower bar? That will also prevent the towers from mushrooming and you'll get a little tighter front end and steering feel, too.

I could only find this....
"Beyond the engine, the hatchback features different suspension tuning that results in improved cornering but a firmer ride. Its steering has also been altered for a slightly higher effort on center and a smoother turn-in, which creates a sportier driving experience."
my LX coupe doesn't have the brackets but the existing body steel at that location is very thick, strong and rigid. Hard to believe that bracket would improve anything.Anyone have this on the couple? Thanks
yes it does fitWill this fit LX Sedan? I know it won't improve anything, but kinda cool to have them for $6 lol
