That's awesome! And tempting! I wouldn't mind selling mine, taking that cash plus a little, and getting some other 20's or even 19's... Let me explore this a bit!
Thanks for the feedback-

@UFO CTR takes about 30 minutes for install.

BEFORE YOU START, MAKE SURE STEERING WHEEL IS AIMED WITH TIRES STRAIGHT!
Note: When you are handling the airbag never face it directly toward you.

Tools:

-10mm socket (for battery terminal removal)
-breaker bar
-3/8" ratchet
-10mm HEX bit socket (one bolt holds down the steering wheel, need breaker bar to loosen)
-T30 Torx bit for airbag removal (one on either side of steering wheel)
-extensions
-screwdriver (assortment from small tip to big)
-small flashlight

1. First and foremost, unplug that battery. You don't want airbag going off.
2. Wait 3 minutes after you unplug battery.
3. Airbag removal, remove the airbag by first locating the (2) torx head bolts on either side of the steering wheel. Remove the bolts with your T30 bit, extension, and ratchet.
4. Careful tilt airbag forward (towards you), and loosen two clips that attached to airbag. They are odd plugs with white tabs. Pull the tabs up to disconnect. (reference image)

5. Disconnect ground cable from airbag, it slides out. Give it a wiggle with a small screwdriver to help with removal.
6. After airbag is removed, Remove (5) black screws holding the steering wheel plastics to the steering wheel frame.

7. Locate steering wheel control plugs (left is white and the right is blue). Un-clip with the help of a small screwdriver.

8. Leave all wiring in place, do not try to dissemble the wiring. It is attached to the steering wheel plastics, which will be transferred over to the new steering wheel.
9. Remove 10mm hex head bolt using the breaker bar and 10mm hex bit. (I risked damaging my ratchet, please use breaker bar)

10. Before you remove the steering wheel, inspect the current steering wheel position, because you want to install the new steering wheel in the same position.
11. Before you completely remove the steering wheel, un-clip the steering wheel wireharness (white) that is connected to the hub. Note it's position, because you want to install the same way.

12. Remove steering wheel by wiggling it towards you, takes a bit of patience.
13. With steering wheel removed, remove the plastic covers. They were held down with the screws, so they simply pop off. My tip would be to remove the back piece first. Notice that the plastics are snug fitted into holes in the steering wheel.
(see image below for an example of the holes)

14. Transfer plastics to your new steering wheel. Don't be afraid to press it into place with a little force, as long as the holes line up.
15. Install steering wheel by lining up splines, try to match the same position or your steering will be crooked.
16. Continue by following steps in reverse starting at 7.

Note: I don't have torque specs for the 10mm hex head, maybe someone can provide that.

Enjoy your new steering wheel!

Finally got the steering wheel installed! A big thanks to Jonny! The look and feel is top notch, and I love it!! :D
But I might have F'd up somewhere and the airbag light won't go off now. @jonnys_honda did you experience the same after your install?

Beautiful steering wheel! Can you give us an update over time on how the suede holds up? I'm just afraid that the oils from may hands may degrade the suede over time. Cheers.
"Alcantara" is just a fancy Italian word for ultrasuede, which was a fad in the '70s. The Porsche guys usually just wear driving gloves to preserve their suede steering wheels. Lame, I know, but there's no real protecting it against bare hands and cleaning it is a PITA.

That did not happen with me... make sure you connected all ground cables. I think there were two, and two sensors to the back of the airbag.

Autumn Festival by Vtec Club USA was fun! It was my first time ever on a track. I went with Tyler Utterburg (champ white) who has track days under his belt, and we both teared thru some rubber out there with our Type Rs! Thank you to @Randizzle88 and Evasive for the Titan TS-5 forged wheels, they held up! And thanks to R Compound USA in Whittier, CA for some sticky tires! Thanks to Hybrid Racing for their shifter bushings and shift knob. Thanks to all my sponsors for helping get this car where it is today!

We have tons of photos but we won't bore you with all that

What I ran with at the track and got 1:46 at Big Willow for my first track day ever.

thanks Jonny...I didn't do the install correctly the first so I have to re-adjust the steering wheel as it wasn't tracking straight. The second time was when the light stayed on...anyways, I'll drive it for a few days see if it turns of by itself or not...may disassemble and double check ground wires. Thank you!

Yes it’s true. But. This spec does not rub so I prefer this aggressive look.
