It's not loud at all.
CTR exhaust is quieter than his CVT. lol.

Stop lying man, depreciation. This isn't a classic. Yes they're scarce, but c'mon man lol

Go check out those 14 Si with low mile. People was getting 2 k off msrp when new . And it's just a Si. Unless you paid ADM . I don't think the car will worth much less than MSRP in 2 years .

I don't mean to be rude, but wussup w/ these posts? lol Why did you buy it in the 1st place? do you like taking out a large loan to test drive or what? :dunno:
Thanks @Type-JZ

I dont mean to be rude either... but from the very first time i saw this post on the FB group... and then here, i knew something was off... And man was i right... i saw you try to "squeeze in" a sale offer in one of the threads on FB... $39K with 5K miles. But you slowly brushed it away when people started commenting on that bogus price.
Were you trying to hype it by posting this question all over the board?!? Cmon man... :banghead:

This is why I got a LX trim...keep costs low and ROI high...still a bad investment.
Its a great investment in happiness... I know this by my smile every time I drive the car. On the Monetary end of things.... that's a different story ;)

My opinion is for you to go hire a financial adviser so they can assess your financial situation and check to see if you're on-track to retiring next year...especially if you're asking random people on a forum.

These posts really irritate me. Who here cares if you sell your car or not. You trying to work people up or something? Don't ask a bunch of strangers if you should sell your car or not. Why do I give a flying f*%& what you do with your car?
Because you took the time to respond back...thanks.

i would say no more than a 5k dollar loss after two years.
on year 12 the car will go up in value to 15-20k just like the s2000 that was released about 14 years ago

I hope it does but it's not guaranteed. S2k was hard selling vehicle in the last couple years it was sold. Only now is it starting to gain in value or at least not loose value. Besides Honda fans like most of the people on this forum. I'm not sure any Honda will ever be super collectible - besides the nsx.

Who knows what the future will hold - potential for reliability issues with the type R(although I really hope it isn't unreliable) , lots of them flooding the used car market once leases are up, people jump to the next latest and greatest from Honda - not sure how valuable the 17 type R will be. The integra type R was a very limited run and was only available for what 2 yrs? It also was a highly stolen, modified vehicle - I imagine it still is haha. My old girlfriends dc2 integra 4 door was stolen right outside of her house back in the early 2000's lol.

If you look at the UK market. The type R's that have been available for some time are worth peanuts. ep3 type R's in the UK - in pristine condition are worth very little - at least in the eyes of collectors. Who knows. As my generation and the generation after me gets older I'm sure values will rise!

you are probably right on that one. Maybe everyone will wreck their type type Rs and in 10 years they will go up lol
