10th gen civics with full tail light?

What are these civics running around that i see with the tail lights that look slightly different than my 2017 SI sedan? The car looks a tad shorter overall, and the two tail lights are bridged across the top of the trunk. Google images tell me its a 2016 civic, so then is that the 9th gen? confused.

That's the coupe version

coup version of the 16 civics? cuz im sure i've seen coups that dont have those lights.
