I contacted them a few weeks ago. They were only willing to do 5k over if I traded in my S2000 - then proceeded lowball me. I offered 5k over with no trade and they wouldn’t take it.

Did you see Honda of Kirkland sold one on eBay for $38k? and they are donating anything over the MSRP, good for them!

my thoughts exactly, add GT350 shelby to the list at that price. I think some dealer with really high adm, they just don't want to sell the car until they know for sure they're going to get more.

Add Big Star Honda in Houston to the list. Told me yesterday, the selling price is $34,775 with no adds for a CW. Today, they provided me with the out the door price below. The salesman said the flood changed everything in Houston and that the price came straight from the GM.

After he'd sent me the new price, I stopped replying. I wanted to reply back and say "Tell your GM I'll pay $34,775 and give me a bag of sand for free for the next time it floods.

Funny you suggested the M2. I just bought a brand new 2018 M2 for the same price as the CTR from Big Star Honda. My M2 comes with real fiber carbon, power leather front seats, 365HP, 0-60 in 4.1 sec. rear wheel drive, and the exhaust noise sounds like an angry tiger. So my search for the CTR has ended but I will visit this forum every now and then to see if members can easily get a CTR at MSRP by this winter as I had predicted.
