Mine is cvt. Eco mode makes little to no difference in fuel economy for me, plus it makes the car lazy as heck.
I haven't had my Civic long enough to know whether it works or not. I've heard it's more effective in freeway driving, not in town. The Eco button in my Prius didn't seem to make a discernible difference in MPG, but it certainly made a difference in torque and performance.

I drove my Civic to Seattle and back from Kentucky. Once in Seattle, it stayed in the parking garage. After arriving at home, my average mpg was around 25. I used cruise control and econ all the way, except in the city.

a few things, Im tuned my 93 octane tune is pushing 22.5 psi. My second tune is a 93 octane e85 blend pushing 25-26 psi and I am constantly in the gas taking full advantage of my awesome power. Im sure itll get better when I get bored of all the boost and am not running around datalogging constantly.
I am not tuned, and do not get anywhere near the mpg others report.

That's insane. Something has to be wrong with your car. I never use ECON mode, get about 42 mpg on the interstate at 70-80 mph. My lifetime gas mileage is approx 39 mpg.

My wife and I went to Nashville yesterday for our anniversary, and my mpg was around 30mpg. I used cruise control on the interstate, but I didn't use econ mode. It is crazy, and I agree that there must be something wrong with it. However, Honda disagrees.

...Are you guys CVT? 6 speed manual? I know in the hatch the CVT gets 10% less on hwy than the manual.
Not an entirely true statement... in the Sport hatch the manual gets 29/38/33 and the CVT 30/36/32, so about 5% better on the hwy with the manual. For the LX hatch the manual gets 29/38/33 and the CVT 31/40/34, so the CVT is actually better on the hwy in that case.

Looks cool. I'd be concerned with metal on metal noises the way the muffler comes through the metal bracket. How does that work, is the muffler welded to the bracket?

Installed the PRL intake tube to go with the K&N drop in filter. Haven't been on the highway yet, but I feel like its smoother giving it some throttle over the stock tube.
