Update on Password JDM CF intake:

The turbo noise has increased. It's as if I installed an aftermarket blowoff valve. People hear me in their cars with their windows rolled up.

CEL has not come on, I haven't driven much. This will be looked at carefully.

Dyno dates are TBD.

Updates: Password JDM took my car back in to do some more tests with their new intake.

They are now developing a carbon fiber cooling plate and coolant overflow cover(highlighted below). Soon the entire engine bay will be covered in Carbon Fiber

Question about all the CF parts in the engine bay. Are they purely cosmetic? I'm a big fan of CF as much as anyone, but if I won't be showing my car much, I'm trying to justify the purchase lol.

They are purely cosmetic since they just lay on top of parts and dress up the engine bay. Looks nice but I won't be doing it myself. My thought is it adds weight although with it being carbon fiber it is minimal.

The intake on the other hand should be beneficial. We will have to wait and see just how much with some before and after dynos. Johnny did you do a dyno before installation?
