I don't have an iPhone but i know that he iPhone does that have wireless charging by default. You would need to buy a separate charging case.
It's a Galaxy S7, no case on it at all. Though it's possible it's the phone on the heating issue, it still doesn't charge it very well. I mean it's fine, it's cool to say I have it, but if I could do it again I wouldn't lol.

Unfortunately this is what we're dealt with... i bought a $12 iPhone case that supports wireless charging but can't use it anyway cause i use plugged-in Carplay all the time. Only time it comes in handy is if i have a passenger with another iPhone
