I going to make any of them fully stainless, including piping and welds?

Hi Everyone, we are happy to announce that we are now a sponsor of Civic X community! Our first order of business is conducting a survey about future MagnaFlow exhaust systems for the Type R and would like to hear your opinions. As you know, our product line is always expanding and the input from surveys like this helps us make decisions for future development. If you have a minute to spare, we ask you to please reply with your answers for question 1-5 below. This is your chance to directly influence the aftermarket support for the 10th gen Civic!

1) Would you be interested in a Civic Type R Magnaflow exhaust system?
  • Yes
2) What style of system would you prefer?
  • Cat-Back
3) If you could pick a tip finish, which of the following would you want?
  • Polished w/Heat Treating
4) If you could pick a tip size, what would you choose?
  • Stock-sized
5) When it comes to volume, how loud do you like your exhaust?
  • Slightly louder than stock

For us to collect feedback in the most effective way, we request that you please limit your answers to one of the choices listed. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to participate in our survey!

Sounds about right in terms of volume for me but I don't yet have a car to compare. It'll be interesting to see about resonance/drone/etc and how it sounds at higher RPM. I'm really glad they kept with the 3 tailpipes. Very cool. Nice to see an option cropping up so quickly.

@Magnaflow I saw the video on facebook. As far as I could tell, everyones options on here included something at the very least louder than stock. Unless that's a bad recording, that sounds like it's basically stock volume. I'm sorry, but I can't spend money on an exhaust that I can barely tell is different from the one that's already on there that there is nothing wrong with. People buy exhaust for sound!

Too many mufflers in my opinion, looks great but we need some sound :banghead:
