[Canadian] Type R Information Updates

So for a lot of us #2's that have moved into the #1 slot after the first wave, what are most of you hearing. The next wave is due in 5-6 weeks when dealers get their September cars, but my dealer says that once again, they will not know color until the last minute.
Does anyone here know the earliest we will be able to get vins and colors for this September allotment? My dealer received a black car first and i'm hoping for white in the next round. Is there any truth to the rumour that they will alternate colors based on previous deliveries?

Who knows any more, can't believe what dealership said now, I rather believe the information that pass around here then the dealership, we probably know more then they do

I work at the dealership here at price Honda and we got to choose the color we wanted for the type r., we ordered mine in black I got black., the customer that was second on the list is also getting a black r , which was also requested.......these dealerships are not saying the full truth....when Honda offers us a car we are always asked what color....

Wow those badge numbers.... @daymiel in Edmonton has 2034, Hunt club (Ottawa) 2035, Ottawa Honda:Nice to see them finally hitting our driveways.
By the way, this plate number is only one off the one in the showroom at Hunt Club Honda in Ottawa (2035).
That's weird, wonder where is 2036.

This is what i have heard so far. 1 in go honda, 1 in wheaton honda, 1 in yellowhead honda, 2 in sherwood honda and i believe none of them sells in msrp or at least you have to pay extra on delear accesories and warranty stuff. Thanks @FK8 for that pic. I stared at it for a long time, and then at my CBP when I picked it up.Is way better than my STi
I just don't know about that VTEC TURBO lettering. If it was a CW car it would be different, but I think that I'm going to darken the lettering.
I definitely didn't like the civic badge on that hatch; the detailer is going to remove mine. I thought that there was too much contrast to the black chrome Type R letters on the other side. (Again, I think that stock looks fine on a CW car.)
Now to fabricate a front plate mount where the horn is ...

Thank you, I don't get any information from my dealership next few days, will go to there and get one, hey by the time I drive back to Vancouver the car will be all breaking perfectly, thank you very much that is very helpful information

Man I hope we get Polished Metal Metallic or Red in the coming few years. I will never own another black car again (they look great but SUCK to keep clean and scratch-free), and white cars are just not my thing.
