I've seen that bar a lot lately, could you tell me what it is for? (Too lazy to google right now :dunno:)
stiffen the chassis, less body rol going through turns. Makes the car feel better when cornering

Any brand youbwould recommend or any would do?
cusco is name brand stuff. Ive havent bought a strut bar for a car in like 15 years so I really have no idea on brands. Hopefully our other members can chime in later

Not exactly. A strut tower bar does tighten up the front end but doesn't lessen body roll. A beefier rear sway bay will help with that.

Here's my take on what to expect from a front strut bar. Basically by connecting the two strut towers, you limit geometry changes. By doing that, quick lane changes feel better and the steering feels a bit more precise. It should also feel tighter over speed bumps and bad roads.

A strut bar is a decent first upgrade and it adds some bling but a rear sway bar generally gives you more bang for the buck.

Thanks homie, I told y'all itd been a while. Coming back to modifying hondas in my mid 30s has reminded me how much you learn and forget in not a very long time!

Can you have both? Yes. That's the combo along with better tires I've used in most of my cars.
