This segment is ultra competitive, as soon as the initial "can't wait to have it" group are done I can see it being offered at invoice.

I'm getting mine at invoice, but magically it turned into $26k OTD after dealer math.

I don't understand how any dealer can still charge a markup. There are loads of Si's throughout the country. Now if only they would build some more frickin Sport 6MT hatches!!! Just looked and I see almost 1200 Si's in the country on autotrader in coupe and sedan.

I haven't even seen a 6MT Sport hatch here yet. Maybe the margins are so low that they are pushing other models.

Agreed on your markup comment. One local dealer has a sedan and coupe both listed with a $398 discount off MSRP on their website. Plain and simple price is $24,377. This is Manchester Honda in CT.

yeah, my local dealer has four. two coupes and two sedans. they havent been flying off the lots. the black coupe has been sitting in the same spot for over a week.

There is a dealer in Tallahassee advertising a white sedan for invoice (22,800). Wish my buyback was done because I would be driving out there right now to get it.

Just a heads up: most dealers in my area are advertising msrp, some a touch below as well. They won't tell you about the adm and add-ons until you talk to them or make an offer...

Yup. The closest Honda dealer to me has a gray Si sedan sitting on their lot currently listed on Cars.com for $24,775. On the vehicle itself is a Monroney addendum that adds $3,490 for a few inexpensive accessories. The fine print on their website says, "blah, blah, blah, not responsible for typographical errors, prices shown do not included dealer-installed accessories, blah, blah, blah."

That's why I will insist on one fresh off the truck, before they get the chance to add all that crap. Luckily I know somebody at one of the local dealers so it shouldn't be an issue.
