I second the request for actual paperwork on this deal...

So got two quotes. How they seem? Negotiable?

1) Civic EX-T - 0 down, all taxes/tags/documents everything included: 259/m
2) EX-L (with Honda Sensing) - same as above regarding taxes and everything, 285/m

Think I can negotiate the 285 one down closer to 270? Maybe lower? Best I could probably do?

I'm planning on leasing the civic ex this weekend, and was offered a price of $18,735 (to be used to purchased or lease). Originally I was leaning towards leasing because my math makes me think it will only be about 180/month. Is there something I am missing?

Also when setting the end of lease buy out price do dealers take the capitalized price times depreciation or msrp times depreciations?

First time purchasing/leasing a new car and any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you. this is very helpful. but 488$ better not be a civic lease payment. a friend leased a brand new e350 sport with zero down for $569 a month 36 months.
I just leased a Civic EX in NJ 0 down $235 P.M. 12K for 3 years.

Visited the dealer where I leased my '13 Accord from, they gave me a price of about $219/m with $2k down for a EX? They apparently got the figures from Honda's own website... What do you think guys?

Does anyone know if these values have changed? The doc has an end date of 1/4/16 on it, and I noticed it seems to be inaccurate for the current Civic LX offer on Honda's site.

That is, Honda's $1999 down/$179/mo lease offer on the LX says MSRP is $20275 and buyout at the end is $12976. That's a residual value of 64%, but from the chart shown here, an LX for 36 months with 12k mi/yr should be 65%. I'm wondering if they might have shifted them all down 1% after the new year?

Just leased my new Civic Ex. I negotiated the purchase price down to 19k. Which made the lease come out to 203 a month (pre tax- 220 with tax), 0 down, 36 months, 64% residual value- 14k buy back, and money factor of .00083.

I hope that this information is helpful.

Thanks, it does. I had been wondering if .00083 was still the best money factor they were offering. Was your lease for 12k mi/yr or 15k?

It is for 12k. And I was pretty much told that the money factor isn't really negotiable- and its comes out to an interest rate of 1.9%

Interesting, so it looks like the same as with the LX deal - from the chart posted, an EX for 36 months should have a 63% residual, then add 2% to that for 12k miles rather than 15k. So it should be 65% from the chart, but was 64% for you. I wonder if they lowered the residual values 1% across the board, or changed the 12k mile adjustment from 2% to 1%.

They lowered the residual values by 1%. I asked, because I thought it would have been 65% too.

Hello all, thanks for the useful information that I have received in this forum.

So far I went for the following deal.

2016 Touring 15k Mies, 36M wtih 298 monthly payments.

Loved the dealer in FL gave me a straight answer without having to haggle like a B... for 4 hours.

Here are the lease residuals for the 2016 Civic Sedan models. Happy ordering (or leasing)!

Is there any word on coupe residuals yet? I'm eyeing an EX-T but it's difficult to compare to the sedan's value without residual information.

Found 'em.

62%/60%/57% for the EX-T/EX-L/Touring Coupe as opposed to
64%/62%/59% for the sedan.

All for 36/12. So you take a 2 point hit for choosing the coupe.
