Hey Quick Question, I had my screen replaced as well. The screen sometime would not turn on when i turned on the car. The screen works now, but i do notice a way slower time for it to start! it used to quickly turn on when the car was started, but now i get the honda logo for at least 30 seconds before it starts. Have you noticed this?I had my unit replaced - so far so good. no issues, and all gripes have been resolved so far.
While I am not sure that that IS the correct bulletin (I am pretty sure the bulletin that mine was under had an 8 in it), but there is a bulletin out there that handles intermittent touchscreen/display issues, touch issues, screen flashing/blacking out issues. Mine was serviced under this bulletin, and it seems like your issues fall right under it.
I would take it to your Honda Dealership and ask them to look at it, tell them that there is a service bulletin out there, perhaps even j1116, that replaces the display.
The display unit (the touchscreen) contains the BT/Wifi/Display Driver modules.
