I had my unit replaced - so far so good. no issues, and all gripes have been resolved so far.
While I am not sure that that IS the correct bulletin (I am pretty sure the bulletin that mine was under had an 8 in it), but there is a bulletin out there that handles intermittent touchscreen/display issues, touch issues, screen flashing/blacking out issues. Mine was serviced under this bulletin, and it seems like your issues fall right under it.

I would take it to your Honda Dealership and ask them to look at it, tell them that there is a service bulletin out there, perhaps even j1116, that replaces the display.
The display unit (the touchscreen) contains the BT/Wifi/Display Driver modules.
Hey Quick Question, I had my screen replaced as well. The screen sometime would not turn on when i turned on the car. The screen works now, but i do notice a way slower time for it to start! it used to quickly turn on when the car was started, but now i get the honda logo for at least 30 seconds before it starts. Have you noticed this?

Nope. Mine works within about 10 seconds. (From car start - to the "press OK to continue on warning/safety popup).
I did, however, disable Apple CarPlay from the Diagnostic menu. That might be why.
I don't think Honda has a good way (or any for that matter) to diagnose software issues as of yet. It's a shame really.

For updates you need to bring the car to the dealership and they will update it. So far there are 2 infotainment updates, and 1 update to stop the turbo from surging at highway speeds
Do you know the TSB for the second infotainment update? I have done the following updates for my Civic:

Service Bulletin: 16-001 (Amp update)
Service Bulletin: 16-028 (surging update)

I also did the electric parking brake update, but I can't find the TSB.

My EX had a brain fart today as well.

I had a 50 mile roadtrip and hooked my iPhone up to the lighter USB adaptor so I could use Waze. Immediately, the sunroof wouldn't work. When I arrived at my destination the feature to open all windows via the key fob stopped working. The passenger window wouldn't work. Pushing the rear trunk button did nothing. -Sigh-

I cut the car on and off to no avail. I decided to have some lunch and try again and things suddenly worked. Thank heavens.

I'm really losing confidence in the electronics: cool car, terrible software w
My touring had passenger window not work but returned to normal on extended stop.
