I have an idea. Earlier in the thread someone suggested extracting all of the good data out of this massive thread but the idea was dismissed for some good reasons.

My idea is to have a monthly what did you do to your civic today thread. So at the end of every month the thread is locked/closed/archived and then a new one is created for the new month. People will still be able to view the old threads, just not add to them.

Any thoughts/opinions on this idea?

I'm kind of upset! I just realized it's $24.95 and I had bought it at $44.99 last month.

I just got a set of BF Goodrich Comp-2 A/S put on my LX hatch this morning, and gave it a nice wash in the driveway since it was such a beautiful day.

I had a set of the Comp 2 A/S on my old VW GTI and was really impressed by their dry weather performance and how well they managed a Michigan winter, so I had to get a set for my Civic ASAP. There is a bit more road noise than stock, but the extra grip is definitely worth it.

Took a couple pictures after the wash, the pearl effect of WOP is beautiful in the sunlight. I still wish I could have snagged a Sonic Grey, but I'll live.

Everything fit right out of the box, took me all of 15 minutes to install.

The right one sometimes doesn't pop in right away, you might have to hold the part of the frame that it snaps into out a little until it pops until place.

Did it come with amber bulbs? I remember seeing somewhere that side markers have to be amber or orange, at least in NJ.

Or are the bulbs in there already amber?

The bulbs are already halogen amber. I just switched them to LEDs for the heck of it. I probably wouldn't waste money on switching them to LEDs, the halogens are sufficient.
