Larger new Civic hatchback = Civic station wagon possibly?

Anyone worried that since the 10th gen Civic will be bigger, that a hatchback version won't look as cool and sporty as previous Civic hatchbacks? And might end up looking small station wagon like instead?

One is already made (in concept form at least) and by wagon standards not terrible looking. I would hope any gain in size/length is minimal and won't be noticed.

Not worried. The concept and all the Civic patents revealed so far have showed a real nice looking design. I got faith that the hatchback by the same designers will also look good. And it's not like the car is grown 6 inches or something so it's not gonna be THAT much bigger where it'll look like a station wagon

Do not like! Looks like a lowered minivan.

Will look good I wouldn't worry. They said they're bringing sporty back to Civic so I think it'll be a sporty design not like a crossover or wagon.

Hatch is fine but I think everyone is waiting for the SI coupe and I am hoping for it to be the SIR also.
