Hopefully they share the solution in Canada as well.

I just got a call from my dealer to come and get mine fixed this Tuesday as well.Looks like someone elsewhere got theirs fixed by Honda:
"I just got back from my Honda dealer and they have corrected the bass rattling! As of right now, there is no official TSB to correct the issue, but according to the tech that worked on my car, one should be coming soon as this has become a known issue with the 2016 Tourings for Honda.
On my invoice, the notes say "Removed rear deck trim cover modify cover and foam sound deadner as per Honda Zone rep.""
Nice. I emailed my dealer and asked if they can fix it when I come to pick up the plates. She said yes.I just got a call from my dealer to come and get mine fixed this Tuesday as well.
What ever came on classic rewind on XM is what I was rocking out to LOL I have not heard Lynyrd Skynyrd on there though**imagines @RedTouringMA listening for the bass drops in Lynard Skynard**
I actually put together a playlist to show the dealership:At the risk of exposing your good taste to us all, can any of you share which songs you played that caused this rattling? I'm going to check out a car tomorrow and want to test it.
Hmm I will try this. My Sub and Bass are already at maxx, I did that before leaving the parking lot the day of delivery lol.I actually put together a playlist to show the dealership:

Make sure to go to the subwoofer sound settings and turn it up. Turning up the bass by itself doesn't seem to do a lot.
It's a pretty specific range of frequencies, and you usually have to have the volume pretty loud to get it. But when you do it's super obvious.
Around 20-25, but I do very little highway driving. I usually use Bluetooth, from Spotify, with my Android phone set to max media volume.Hmm I will try this. My Sub and Bass are already at maxx, I did that before leaving the parking lot the day of delivery lol.
I tend to listen to Classic rewind on XM which us classic rock. And on the highway I hAve it at volume 25 to 30. What volume number are you at when it happens?
Hmm I wonder if it makes a difference that I am listening to XM instead of Spotify via my phone? I doubt it would. Have you tried XM at loud volume to replicate the rattleAround 20-25, but I do very little highway driving. I usually use Bluetooth, from Spotify, with my Android phone set to max media volume.
Don't think it would. It's just the songs and the frequencies they use. I don't listen to XM very much (sometimes for music choice for passenger(s)), but it happens enough on my usual music that I don't exactly seek it out.Hmm I wonder if it makes a difference that I am listening to XM instead of Spotify via my phone? Just curious, when was your car manufactured? Wonder if it's a problem only with the very first batch, or only ones froM a certain location.Don't think it would.
