@Anothercivic I received an email back they suggested that I try using the halogen gasket and see if that fixes the problem. I may be confused I bought my kit from theretrofitsource.com still cost me around $160. I'm going to try to see if they will send me a replacement set of bulb but like you said i'm sure they'll want pictures. I do not think switching the gaskets will help the bulb feels very tight/locked in place.
