The Last several years there has been only one trim of the Si, with and without navi and you could opt for summer only tires. That's it for options. I would expect EX-T content basically with more engine and unique cloth seats. Hoping for 450 watt radio.

No LEDs, that will be Type R exclusive I would expect. Nothing else fancy or the price will jump way too high. The Si has always been the affordable option and they will want to keep it that way. All the fancy options will go to the Typr R that will cost at least 10k more. I'd expect manual seats too. Price under or at 24k. Higher than that there are too many other options.

I hope they keep it simple and give the Si manual cloth seats. Better grip and less weight. Once I set my seat position, I never change it anyway.

I feel its time for the Si to be stripped down and add what is important to Si buyers. We want Recaro/Sparco Si sport seats, Sweet LED front and rear lighting, big brakes, 20lb or less 18" rims, good tires and TURBO.. Make a car we dont dare to mod. ;) For me I like a Stock Si because I want to enjoy the car the way Honda intended.

Sub 20 pound 18" wheels would be nice. 9th gen Si wheels were 23.5 pounds so shaving 3.5 or more pounds off each wheel would be great for performance and handling.

Even 3-4 pounds light wheels makes a difference on the butt dyno.

I'm with the guys that think the Si will carry an equipment level similar to the EX-T model, but not as optioned out as the Touring.

I went back and looked up the MSRP of the base Civic (usually the DX trim) for the past 5 generations and compared it with the Si trim (the basic Si without Nav, if more than one variation was available), and here's what I came up with:

1992 10,830/11,900 (3d HB) 9.87%
1999 12,580/17,445 (2d Cpe) 38.67%
2002 13,860/19,250 (2d Cpe/3d HB) 38.89%
2008 15,010/21,310 41.98%
2012 16,555/22,955 38.65%
2016 18,640/25,855@38.65% to 26,465@41.98%

I tried matching the form factor as best I could (ie. 3-door hatchback DX vs 3-door hatchback Si), but 2002 threw us a curve ball with the Si, and only the Si being available in 3-door hatchback. So discounting the 1992 (5th gen), the difference in price between the base model Civic (again, usually the DX trim but for 2016 I believe it's LX(?)) and the Si is anywhere from 38.65% and 41.98%. So using that spread we can extrapolate a price range of the 10th gen Si within reasonable expectation. At the low end of 38.65% increase over a 2016 Civic base, the next Si will be ~$25,855. At the high end of 41.98% over the base model, it would be ~$26,465.

For what it's worth...

A lot of good ideas here guys. For me right now i have a 2012 Si coupe, im 37......i usually do suspension like a coilover set up, sway bars, wheels and tires and an axle back and the factory skirt kits.... now the last few Si's ive had in the past ive done the same things to each. Honda has given us a blank page to work with over the years but recently has offered more tech to us in the form of a nav system and now even more connectivity and what not, although the stereos have left something to be desired its easily changed (the ILX with the ELS sound system is really great ).....with the new civic and the upgrades that have been shown im pretty confident that the si will have some goodies in it to satisfy even the longest honda patriot like myselfand others here. Ive only had hondas since my first car.....The new si i hope will be a step up from this one i have currently. LED headlights will most likely be the ones used i hope i really like them on my ILX, premium price for the Si over the other civics in the past get premium goodies ( I hope ), im also hoping they dont get rid of fog lights like they did on my wifes 2016 ILX tech with the LED's i love fog lights lol......you have to get the A-spec for fogs.....maybe the Si will go along those lines. its hard to say because of the changes Honda made this year in all the goodies they have offered to really put your finger on what will and what wont be added to the car, but we can always dream cant we....i agree with Phosky it should be in the 24, 24, 26 range then what ever you put on it blah blah blah 30+ lol

what id love to see is the exact replica of the pic in my avatar but hey i doubt that will happen lol my current looks exactly like that just a few years older lol
