I...uh, I'm sorry if I had misled anyone to think that standing up through the sunroof in a moving vehicle is something anybody should do.

That being said, if you have gone through the thought process and still decided that doing such a thing is something you should do, no warnings on internet forums are going to change your mind.

But, uh, yeah - don't stand up in a moving vehicle. Always sit in the proper position with your seatbelt secured at the appropriate height.

I love it, definitely a must have.

It feels strange when I'm driving without it.

It is still too hot to use it here during the day, but in a few days will be too cold. By the way i see a lot of kids standing out of sunroof while their parents drive over the second longest suspended bridge in Asia, where 4-5 accidents happen daily

I can't stand moonroofs. It burns my head and I don't like the lighting of my face if there is light coming in from there. Also since I live in a salt/snow region, I don't like worrying about possibility of dysfunction/damage/maintenance of that.

15+ years of multiple cars with moonroofs in our family, none have ever had issues (and this was in Maryland, where they salt for 40 degrees and a chance of drizzle)

....and always look both ways before crossing the street! Good grief people, lighten up:rofl:
