Oh okay...looks kinda odd and out of place to me but as long as you like it that's what matters. Congrats on the beautiful hatch! Can't wait til I bring my Sport Touring home
same colour, would be nice, but as long as you are happy...that 's what counts...

I don't mind the black door molding at all.

I think it's the chrome trim above the windows that looks odd when combined with the black add on door trim. Kind of a clash, all the black trim on the car, then the black moldings, then the chrome above the doors.

I think the trim added to the doors would be fine if the chrome was gone. I think the black trim theme works if it is consistent, like the old Civic in the pic above.

Definitely my favorite color for the Hatch and the door molding works just fine, but I like contrast. Congrats & enjoy!

I'm adding side window visors which will black out the chrome mostly up top .

Can you show us the spare tire area? I think a few of us are interested to see how it compares to the Sport version (as seen in the other thread). Non-Sports are supposed to have a few extra cubic feet of capacity so it'd be nice to know where it's coming from.

Picked up mine last night too in the same color, the EX-L. Been lurking here a long time, finally pulled the trigger!
