So I was hoping this day would never come. Big Blue got hit 2 days ago by a truck (their fault). Waiting to hear what the damages are. She had 3,000 miles on her.

Here are the pictures that will make us all cringe as we look at our cars:

The important thing is you made it out OK. Like other said, it could have been a lot worse. Glad you are OK and I have no doubt insurance will fix that without issue.

Doesn't look too bad to me. No airbags deploying is always a good sign. Hopefully the damage is limited to the body panels/doors/hood.

I appreciate all of your comments! The adjuster is coming out Monday and we will see what the damage is. Stay tuned...

That's just terrible. Glad you're okay, of course, and that you get compensated for diminished value even though it looks like it can be repaired good as new.

From looking at this picture, it isn't too bad since the wheels are still intact. So we can rule out any suspension or bearing damages. What I am interested in though, is the headlights touched too or did it miraculously leave unscathed?

I'd be pissed if I were you. But glad you're okay.

So sorry for your accident! It should be all good again once fixed! On my first day back to work in September someone rearended me and I had to replace my bumper and then a second time not two weeks later! Some people just don't care when driving!
