I got rid of my '15 Accord because the wind noise was so bad. My Civic is big improvement in comparison. I can still hear wind at highway speeds, but it's not bad. I don't notice any noise at lower speeds. You might be more sensitive to it if you're younger, though, since high frequency hearing gets worse with age.

Having gone through the experience of getting rid of a car over this issue, I'd definitely advise you not buy one until you can find one that doesn't bother you, because it's not something you get used to.

I noticed the same on my car a few days ago. I cant remember whether I had never paid attention or if the issue appeared recently. I'll update later today whether I'm still having the issue (once I get out of work).

My EX-T made the same noise at highway speeds (around 65-70mph).

I think it may be something that I could get used to over time, especially since the radio and AC will usually be on anyway
Except that there are a lot of times you'll still hear it - quiet parts of songs, talking on the phone, etc. I always have something playing when I drive, but it still never stopped annoying me in my Accord during the year I owned it.

This is a product defect. Supposedly they did a lot to reduce cabin noise, but my 2015 does not do this, nor did the many Civics we had before. Call Honda and lodge a formal complaint. Here's what I did: I went to my dealer and asked to have a technician drive the car with me along for the ride. He got up to about 60, heard the noise, and said something like "that's not right." The service department kept the car for the day, determined that there was no fix, and sent me home. I called 1-800-999-1009 and entered a complaint. The created a case and I got a call the next day. The more who make a formal complaint, the better chance they will come up with a fix for this.

OK, if you find this thread, the problem can be fixed. George Haaf, Collison Center Manager at Ciocca Honda Collision Center in Harrisburg PA knows how. 717-901-6100.

What was the fix?
Have your body folks call George (See my post above). He found a technical bulletin on a similar problem in older Accords that they fixed with a different seal, I believe. He ordered the part and installed it for free, since my car was brand new and under warranty. I trust him, and didn't ask him for any more information, but the problem is gone, and I finally am enjoying my new car without the annoyance.

Was hoping it was a fix I could do myself. Going to be taking it in to the dealer next week to be looked at for the first time. Only have 500 miles on it and the noise has appeared.

It took me a while to find the right person to fix it. MY dealer first sent it to their service department. They could hear the noise, but drove other '16 civics and said it was just a "characteristic of the vehicle." I was ready to trade the car, and very irate. Then I found George in the body shop. George told me he'd do all he could to fix it, and he did. He restored my faith in Honda. I'd ask my body people to contact him if I were you.
