I have seen the fog lights as an accessory.

I like fog lights, but the install would require pulling the steering column apart to install the new light/turn signal switch.

I do not feel like taking that apart while it is still under warranty, the Honda ones are quite pricey too, if the dealer installed it it would be a fortune.
If you're interested in Fog lights, you should buy online since it'll be wayyyyy cheaper and then you could have honda install them for probably 1-1.5 of labor which equal $200. But buying fog lights online shouldn't be more than $150-200 for a pair.

For the factory for lights? Would a dealer still install them if purchased elsewhere? How would this affect the light controls in EX models?

Just wondering as it might be something I do down the road.

Any kind you like! go on carid.com and look at fog lights for previous model civics. They have really nice ones! i'm just saying you could have Honda install them because I wouldn't really trust another place considering it's a NEW RECENTLY RELEASED car.

This is why I said have Honda install it because you don't want some joeblow installing it and your computer system is a mess..

Ah cool! I would only really want to take it to my dealer to install, but I wasn't sure if they'd just do the install without buying the part from them as well.

Just wondering - would it be possible to get some kind of similarly-color headlights for the EX to match the LED daytime running lights? Would be nice to have the two be a similar tone.

I have 2 suggestions:

Go for LED foglights, all manufacturers use the same basic fog light assembly, so if you get the correct ones from this site they should just bolt right in: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/complete-headlight-fog-light-housings.html
If unsure about which LED fogs, just contact them, I am sure they can help you

Bronze wheels look really good on a black car

Can you do us a favor and when you get the factory tires/wheels off can you please weigh them? Maybe together and separately if you're unmounting the tires? It'd be good data for current and future owners. Thanks in advance!

Those are going to look fantastic. Can't wait to see the photos. Great price on the wheels too!

Nice I love me some five spoke! Your blacked out Touring is going to look sinister. Mounting the factory tires on these?
I have a EX so I have 16's now, I am getting 215/50-17 Goodyear Assurance Comfortread touring, long mileage warranty and a lot of rebates!

I will do that!

What website is that? To get those?
http://www.discounttiredirect.com

A lot of rebates right now, free shipping and no tax for California!

They ship from Arizona I believe.

Is it possible to go with a 17x7.0 wheel instead of the 7.5 which you chose jdewd? If so, will there be a difference on how much (or less) the wheel sticks out?
