From what I’ve been told cut the welded nut off and then get a bolt and lock washer and call it good

This god damn car i swear the headunit is fucked the cameras are barely working, the headunit is laggy af, its black screened twice, it refuses to connect with either bluetooth or apple car play time to go to the dealer

new control arms showed up today for sumi i think? its a rather large box and thats the only thing large ish that i ordered recently lol hopefully i can start messing with it tonight

yes 2019 and up have the buttons on them 2018 and back is all touch screen but just an fyi this issue is common with the civics its some type of update issue i need to take mine in to see if the update will fix it or if it needs replaced

Some days you have those moments that more or less scare the shit out of you and well last night was one of them the brake line or caliper broke on my tacoma coming off the highway last night thankfully was able to stop it by using the e brake

Ugh what a long night so let’s recap!
driver rear
I cut out that damn bolt sadly my angle grinder was missing the lock n it so the old hack saw and an hour of my time went by then took a drill and got the remaining part out! After that we swapped the lower control arm and replaced the upper control arm( the upper still needs a new bolt but it has a temp bolt holding it in so I could put it on the ground and see it) then the coilovers
Passenger rear
So this side was a bitch and I eventually gave up the bolt that connects the lower control arm and the trailing arm is stuck like a mofo and I can’t get it off wi to my impact or my weak arms I guess buuut what I was able to do was take the bolt out for the shock (which is odd since the other side as frozen) and also take the bolt out of the lower control arm that connected to the chassis then bolt the new coilover in and bolt the old stuff back on ( I do have new lower and upper control arms but I ran into issues so they will wait) bolted it all back up and damn she is low! I think the rear could come down a tiny bit
Back to the front!
The fronts alignment is dogshit it is looking two different directions so it’s pretty bad and it’s a tad to low tbh we rub pretty damn good up front so I’ll need to bring those up a smidge but there we are suspension done! Now onto the intake vents side markers and everything else!
I think yūrei might still be a tad lower lol
Damn she low! Front needs to come up a tiny bit and rear needs to go down a tiny bit

got Sumi aligned today and went out to drive her around i also got the front vents sorta on they are just held with super glue atm ill have to do a better holder eventually but this was a test to see if i could make it work so ignore the rough work on it
then went to my buddies house to work on the brakes and after that we went and drove around for a bit went and did a few photos then got food overall a fun day besides this damn heat!
