Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but 1650 doesn’t work on Hondata/Bosch currently. Not enough room to scale it properly. 1400 is as far as you can go before needing Motec.
So I reached out to 4 piston and explained to them everything and they assured me that it is tunable and that derf tuning has done them with great success without motec. Just looking for your insight on this as you seem to be a reputable source on here.

Perhaps someone has found a way then. I’ll ask derf.

I just emailed hondata after speaking with 4 piston racing. Per hondata, “there are no plans to support the larger injectors at this time” -Matt from hondata

No they won't work. They tried to make them work on my car, but there were compatibility issues. I spoke with Hondata ownership directly, there are no plans to revisit this for the foreseeable future. XDI 1650cc and Hondata are not compatible, sorry.

Hopefully Ktuner can support 1600cc and up in the near future

Lol. Injectors alone don't solve anything.

What you meant to say was hopefully KTuner will support the XDI pump and ethanol first.
They have been supporting both for me from beta testing for some time now.
Hopefully it all works out in the end

You're local to them. I waited quite a while for meaningful updates from Ktuner before switching to Hondata, as I'm sure many others did as well.

They only just got the data needed last week from XDI after all this time of asking. They tried to free hand it essentially and didn’t work out so well.

Nonetheless you are right, a lot of people waited and may still be but they never stopped trying.
