I got in touch with Eric and he said he's not interested in building anymore custom boxes but he said he could guide me to build my own based off his box or suggest a dealer near me to build one for me. I'm probably gonna visit an audio shop outside Richmond to see what they might could do as far as pricing to just build a custom box or install the whole system. After hearing @josby's system I can't stand not having the bass in my music like I want.
