Work emotion D9R fitment help??

Hey guys new to the forum. Have had my 19 Fk8 for a year now and decided now is finally the time to get wheels.

Does anyone have any pictures of a type r on work emotion D9R wheels? The sizing I want is 19x9.5 +38. I was told they clear the brakes, but was also cautioned by a friend that the huge lip is troublesome for fitment and that it may look weird without more camber.
Getting them in silver btw

Can anyone throw their two cents as to if this wheel FITS just like any other wheel of the same spec?

I plan on running 255/35/19 tires

*not interested in 18s but I'd love to see those pics if you got em

That size should fit fine but I must admit, I’ve never seen a lip that big in that sizing. Are you sure that’s not just a reference pic in the advertising?

No way that is a +38 in the pic with the deep of a lip. That is likely just a generic picture for the website. Why 19s and not 18s? Tires are slightly cheaper LOL..

Personal thing, dont care bout tire price.
It is generic, just for reference. I'll try to find exact pics on I G

You are correct sir, it is the reference pic. According to the supplier the lip is also huge for the size I am wanting

Work also makes the D9R in a 19x8.5 +45 fitment, which looks like this on a Megane RS (can't seem to find any pictures of the FK8 with these rims). You can see the lip isn't nearly as pronounced, but it's definitely aggressive. The Megane has pretty large Brembos up front as well.

You are a real one. Thank you ???. Just what I was looking for. The pics I found online are all stock pics. IG was advertising these in the +38 but I suspect they had used other sizes pics. Thanks again

Was browsing around and found some snaps of the 19x9.5+38 fitment on a Subi. Honestly looks better than the 8.5+45 IMO.
