Im looking at purchasing winter tires and rims for my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring model. I was offered a good deal on a 215/60/16 set. Will this fit my car?

On Kijiji?
A 205/60R16 or a 215/60R16 will work just fine as long as they’re on a wheel ideally with a 40ish mm offset and a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern.

I’m not sure what the offset is but they are a 5 x 114.3. He also said they came off of a 2017 Honda HRV.

Offset is often stamped on the wheel.
If the seller is close by, just slide by and test fit one on the front and one on the rear to verify clearance.

Depending on the offset being similar to stock, I'm pretty sure they'd fit. Note that your speedometer would read about 3% slow due to the larger diameter.

How can I calculate if it falls in the 3% rule.

My son drives the same car as yours. Last winter he ran 215/55 16 General Arctic tires on DRAG 16x7 ET 38 wheels. They worked great.
