Windshield washer fluid reservoir

hey all, this isn't an Si issue per say, and i haven't popped my hood to fully check it myself, but it appears that my washer fluid reservoir is empty after only having the car for 3.5 months. i'm wondering if the dealership didn't fill it up, or if it's just a REALLY small tank.

i'm going to buy more and refill, but i was just curious.

it holds 2.5L (0.66 gallon). It's a little bit smaller
you probably just used a lot of it and didnt notice it.
