Windshield Replacement for Touring Models

I got a 2018 Honda Civic Touring that I purchased not too long ago maybe 6 months now and its got a long crack along the windshield that cannot be fixed with resin. Has anyone experienced replacing the windshield with all the sensors and camera?

I was told it won't be expensive but I've seen estimates upwards to $1000+

The crack in the windshield is around 7-8 inches long on the drivers side.

Comprehensive deductible I think is $500, I don't know if it would be worth the claim on insurance.

If you have glass coverage there is no deductible, and it won't cause your rates to go up.

If you do in fact have the LKAS Camera on the windshield, make sure to use ONLY OEM HONDA glass. Using any glass that is not OEM will cause aiming issues with the camera.
