Windshield repair in Cambridge or GTA

Does anyone know of a reputable windshield repair shop in the Kitchener/Cambridge/Waterloo area? I don't mind traveling to the GTA if I have to.

I've heard of some places waiving the deductible fee from insurance as in the shop will pay it then charge the insurance company. I'd prefer that If possible as I'd like to go through insurance.

did you end up having your windshield replaced somewhere locally?
what are your thoughts?

i noticed that our windshields are some form of an acoustic laminated product. was it expensive if you did replace it?
