Windows tinted and chrome trim vinyl wrapped!

Hello civicx,

Just wanted to share an update with you all. I posted earlier this week that I had taken delivery of the car last Saturday and this Thursday got the opportunity to have the windows tinted and chrome trim above the doors and windows vinyl wrapped.

The tint is 20% on the rear 3 windows and 35% on the front 2.

The chrome trim I just wanted to match as close as possible to the sash trim on the door.

I will post another update soon as the car is going to be getting ceramic coated but in the meantime here are some pics of the tint and vinyl wrap.

Good job, the chrome around the windows are the only visual element that I don’t like on my SI coupe.

On a touring it may he OK but not in the sporty trims

I love the tint. Definitely will be doing that sometime down the line.

Thank you! I do as well, the chrome trim and amber side markers are the only things I could say I don’t like much about the car.

I had a guy here local to me do it. I believe it is xpel products. He’s done a few other cars the same as this and says they should hold up just fine.

The chrome isn’t bad just not my taste.

I had a guy in my area do it and I believe he is using xpel products.

I think tint is a must on every vehicle! Lol
