I've been using Tune-up grease on my cars door seals for the last 30-35 years, I never had any issues, even in cold temperature (-40 Northern Alberta) or freezing rain, the seals were never stucked to the doors.
This is my opinion

I never use anything on our family cars ( 2) door seals and we keep our cars more than 10-12 years with no issue, nothing. I talk about 4 cars 10 years each.
Quebec is very cold too.

IMO it is not about cold it is more about sun rays, in South Carolina where live 86Salmon

Google ;

Dielectric grease, or tune-up grease, is a silicone-based grease that repels moisture and protects electrical connections against corrosion. It is also used to keep dirt, water, and other elements out of electrical connections.
___________

I see nothing how it protect rubber.
Silicone grease is inert and insoluble in water. Its application in this case is to form a thin layer of protection on top of the rubber to prevent it from drying out due to constant exposure to sunlight and high heat (in areas such as South Carolina and California). Probably don't need it in colder climate or covered parking is available.

I'm not arguing anything, I'm just saying what worked for me.
Sure I didn’t use Tune-up grease on my first car (Ford 1956), I supposed I didn’t careless about door seals in those days...lol

I just say it is not a proof it is working.

My windows started squeaking so I got the Shin Etsu to use for the window tracks, worked great. Also did the seals while I was at it.

The turn signal and high beam switches on my motorcycle were getting extremely hard to operate so took them apart cleaned out all the old grease and gunk and used it on that too. Good stuff!
