Hey all, looking at a set of 2019 Accord 19" rims (19X8.5 w/ 5x114.3 bolt pattern) wrapped in 235/40 19 tires. Will these slip onto my '18 EX running stock height? The price is not too bad and the tires are zero mile brand new. I don't (currently) know much about wheel fitment and offsets, etc, but willing to learn so-as not to screw up my car or purchase something that may not work.

They will physically fit but I honestly can't imagine why you want enormous heavy wheels on there. 19s look plain wrong on the Civic IMO. Not to mention the ride will be worse and you'll be slower.

They'll poke about 14mm further out than your current wheels and your speedo will read 3.5% low.

So, it might be even worse for me as my ride has the 16" factory rims on it now. All good things to consider. Thank you. BTW, where did you get the app you used for the screenshot in your reply? Looks really useful.

It will fit if the offset is et40~50. But the 19” tire is bigger and it will run a speedo error ~3.5%. Also, with bigger diameter and heavier (I presume) wheel, it increases the rotation mass and will affect your car acceleration.

Yeah, there are plenty of fantastic 17" aftermarket wheels that will look better, ride better, and perform better as they're usually lighter than OEM wheels, and definitely lighter than ones 2" larger. Even if they're a bit more money I'd save up and get a set of those + really good all season tires (continental DWS06 plus or Michelin Pilot AS4 come to mind).

Site is WillTheyFit, super useful :)

The stock accord wheels are 19x8 the oem accessory wheels are 19x8.5 I think you should be good with 255/35/19
