Livig in California sucks as many aftermarket intakes are listed as not legal for street use in California.
Will cold air or short rams become CARB legal after testing and time or are they generally never allowed?

The list does not appear to be updated. :( Is the CARB EO still required?

To be honest, I'm not sure what I'm searching for on that page. Should I be looking at the "LIST EXECUTIVE ORDERS BY DEVICE" section and searching up the intake?
Yeah, that's what I did. It looks like some intakes became carb legal at some point. A lot of them actually. How long it takes is anyone's guess though.

When I purchased my injen CAI for my FK7 about 8 months ago. I called injen and they told me about 2-3 year process for carb legal. I'm about to call them again to see any news on carb legal.

If we get enough interest we would go through the process to make ours complaint.

Thats not true. When I owned the 2nd gen MS3 I too a Corksport intake in for CARB testing. It was completed in 3 weeks, including CARB EO number.

Why not just install a intake you want. Then switch out for the OEM one when needed. It’s one of the easiest installs.

Only thing that’s holding me back on getting the 27won intake is it’s not carb legal, so I’m in for a carb legal version!
after some recent convo with the team this has moved up on the priority list.

My question is if I get your intake now, and a year or so down the road you guys get it carb legal, can I put the sticker on it?
