Will new LPFP affect tune at all?

I just had my car tuned and we were pushing the LPFP not quite to the max, but close. If I install a higher flow pump, will it affect anything with my tune? I don't think it should, but wanted to make sure....

It will not. You'll still be limited by the HPFP line. I learned this first hand. Once you drill the line, you'll get a lot more flow and the commanded vs. actual fuel pressure will have an easier time staying in line.
