From what I have read it seems the strut guide pin removal to get a few more tenths of a degree of camber is a Honda maintenance manual approved procedure.
So am I correct in assuming that the dealer will 1) know what this procedure is, and 2) actually do it?
Also will they max out the camber for me if I ask them to when they do the subsequent alignment?
I know I could do it myself (at least the pin removal) or even take it to a good local suspension shop and have them do it, but the car is still so new and under warranty that I want the dealer to be the ones that touch it at this point.
Appreciate any insight. I’ve never asked a Honda dealer, or any dealer, to do a more performance oriented service. My Accord is a daily and only ever received standard maintenance.
