Will an intercooler and Ktuner interfere with factory warranty?

Could not find the answer to this so started this post.

Will an intercooler and/or Ktuner interfere with any of the following new Honda warranties?

All new Honda vehicles are covered by a 3-Year/36,000-Mile Limited Warranty, plus a 5-Year/60,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty.

I plan to put a bunch of miles on my CTR as a daily driver (maybe 15-20k per year) so this is important for me.

Please comment and let me know if there are any work-arounds (at least with the Ktuner).

the ktuner deff not. infact its technically illegal to touch the ecu as per the EPA

there are some dealers who will offer a ecu reflash and honor the warranty however
