Happy to answer that question; this product is definitely not just for those that like to race their car! There are some added vibrations from the mount (which break in significantly after the first 1,000 to 2,000 miles) but from what you gain in driving experience it is totally worth it. You can accelerate more smoothly, shift more comfortably, and overall just have a much better driving experience. Since the engine/transmission is no longer swinging around as much, everything is smoother. The acceleration, the shifter feel, even the cornering feel. It is one of those mods where it transforms the overall driving experience of the car, making it so much more enjoyable to drive!Sounds like a no brainer of an upgrade for those who can justify it, whether they race, or drive like hellions. For the rest of us (dare I say the majority?) who make out Sis or Type Rs our daily driver, dont race, but enjoy a spirited ride through, say, the mountains of New Hampshire in the summer, is an upgraded motor mount really make much difference?
Not try to take a jab at all or doubt the product, I'm just learning as I go. This is my first car that I'm actually going to be playing mechanic with.
