I want to remove my door panel, and it is so tight, I can't remove it like the video in YouTube
Can any one please give me some ideas?

I pull it so hard， it doesn't move at all

Either get a pry tool or yank harder. It’s the first time removing the clips, it’s always hard the first few times because the clips are new still
