I don't track my car, but want max performance out of this bar while keeping it safe for other drivers (my wife and mom borrow my civic as well), which setting should I use?
we don't get too much rain in bay area, ca... snow is zero lol

I use the soft setting as there is snow here sometimes. the car does get a little loose but i think its because i have some small leaks in the back tires that i need to fix.

Start softer, go stiffer. You'll know if it's too soft for your liking, but too stiff and the car can do things you didn't want. Would go with the safer bet to start since that was your concern. Also a less drastic change to suspension for you to feel out.
