Which among these is the correct spare kit accessory ?

On hondaautomotiveparts.com, I see 3 different part numbers for the spare tire kit. Does anyone know how these are different? Also, it says "deep black", so I assume the wheels are no longer that yellow color?

And lastly, is this the spare wheel that is included in the kit? If so, any idea why it's 3-4 times more expensive than if you bought the whole kit?

I'm assuming the first one supercedes the other 2, as the part number is higher, but then why do they still sell those 2?
