Hi,

I am tuning my car in a couple of weeks which has a PRL intake and Milltek decat downpipe.

To ensure intake temperatures are as low as possible I was thinking of putting heat tape/blanket around the downpipe? Also getting a turbo blanket with it being right below the intake pipe.

Is this recommended? I will be taking it on track, baring in mind. If so, has anyone else done it and how much for these mods?

Thanks

Get the pro civic front grill. My intake temps are substantially cooler. My iat2 stays under 100 in 90 weather
Before it would be at 110 +

You can get a turbo blanket, but now your turbo is going to get hot and stay hot. It's also going to heat up the oil in the turbo.
Can't the turbo handle hot oil?
